Originally from the UK, I’ve called Lille home since 2019. My path to holistic healing began long before that - with a background in speech and language therapy, I’ve always been drawn to the subtle connection between body, mind, and communication. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a deeper calling.
A trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, my work combines structure with sensitivity, offering space for deep rest, gentle release, and reconnection.
My intention is always to hold a grounded, compassionate space where your system can soften, realign, and return to its own natural intelligence.
