Celebrate the midsummer with a day of singing, breathing and moving immersed in nature.
Join Ruth and friends for a retreat to celebrate and deepen our connection to ourselves, our bodies, our voices, our breath and the earth. Workshops on breathwork, voicework, movement along with space to rest and relax, swim in the onsite pool or beautiful gardens. Delicious vegetarian lunch and snacks provided.

About the event

The Venue: Loveders Farm, Nutbourne, West Sussex, PO18 8RD
The retreat is taking place in the beautiful gardens and grounds of Loveders Farm. There is a solar heated swimming pool on site and a combination of formal and wild gardens.
Wet Weather
The retreat will go ahead as planned if it is raining. We have gazebos for shelter from rain/sun.

Ruth Routledge
Voicework and singing
Ruth has been singing and running voice & singing groups for over twenty years in community, corporate, health and education settings. More recently she has completed a research masters in singing for health. She is passionate about safe, inclusive practice and with her warm, nurturing energy is adept at supporting people to deeply connect with their bodies, breath and voices in a gentle, safe and supported way.
Clementine Fenton
Breathwork
Clem is a certified, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator who creates a safe, supportive space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, express their authentic selves, and release stored emotions through the power of breathing.
A multifaceted & creative soul, Clem is happiest when immersed in nature, singing and dancing her heart out, creating new recipes, basking in the sunshine, and sharing quiet moments with her cats.
Lynda Bryer
Movement
Lynda wears many hats: occupational therapist in the NHS, meditation teacher, Qoya inspired movement teacher and leading Giggle Gaia nature connection groups for children. She is passionate about connecting with our bodies and nature in a joyful, playful and expressive way and will be leading nature-inspired movement and dance sessions over the weekend.
